Azurite is a multi-voice chorus with a focus on rich sounds and versatile controls. My goal in designing it was to make as flexible a chorus as possible without losing great tones and ease of use. The result is an effect that will be handy for producers, guitarists, and glitch lovers alike. Unlike most choruses, Azurite allows for multiple simultaneous voices. Each of these voices has its own delay line that is modulated by a separate LFO. Adding multiple voices leads to a thicker, smoother, and less wobbly tone. It also makes vivid stereo spreading possible with a mono signal. The Voices control chooses how many voices the chorus uses: one, two, four, or eight. Features 2-band EQ. LFO tempo sync. Feedback control allows for flanger sounds. 27 built-in presets. Delay time from 0.2ms to 200ms. 7 LFO shapes: Sine, Triangle, Sawtooth, Ramp, Exponential, Inverse  Exponential, and Random. The Plusdistortion plug-in is an emulation of an MXR Distortion+. It has a wide range of distortion sounds from a little bit of dirt to a giant fuzz/crunch tone. It emulates the germanium diode clipping used in the Distortion+, as well as the lo-fi op amp and just about every other aspect of the circuit. Many parts of the effect are also tweakable, so you can craft your own D+ based distortion. Features Input level - This is a volume control on the input of the effect. You can adjust this to compensate for different pickups, different input levels, etc. Oversampling - This turns 2x oversampling on and off. Input Type - 'Pickup' adds a resonant low-pass filter on the input to emulate the interaction between the 1nF cap on the input and a guitar pickup. 'Buffered' removes this filter. Op Amp Clipping - This controls the amount of dist ortion contributed by the emulated op amp. Diode Clipping - This controls the hardness of the distortion from the emulated diodes. High Cut - This reduces high frequencies on the output. Many distortions use controls like this to reduce harshness. Low Cut - This reduces low frequencies on the input. This is an emulation of a Fuzz Face and a Tone Bender MKII with added controls for tweaking. It runs in mono or stereo, and has selectable 2x oversampling. The Fuzz Face was first made by Arbiter Electronics in 1966. It had a thick, fuzzy distortion and was made famous by artists like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and David Gilmour. The Tone Bender MKII was also released in 1966, by Sola Sound. Compared to the Fuzz Face, it has a brighter, more distorted sound.. Rangebastard is an emulation of a Dallas Rangemaster. It has added controls for tweaking or for use as a full-range booster, an overdrive, and more. All parts of the circuit are emulated, from the input filtering to the interaction with guitar pickups, to the germanium transistor, and to the front-end distortion of a tube amp. The Rangemaster was a germanium transistor treble boost developed in the 1960s. It and similar effects have been used by Eric Clapton, Brian May, and many more great guitarists. It's most often used to drive a distorted tube amp into more distortion while boosting the upper-mids for a screaming lead sound. Features 2x Oversampling. Stereo and Mono modes. Vitamin C is an emulation of an Orange Squeezer guitar compressor, with added controls for tweaking. It runs in mono or stereo and has selectable 2x oversampling. Note that this is not a studio compressor, Vitamin C has the quirks and imperfections of the original Orange Squeezer that gave it its unique character. The Orange Squeezer is a guitar compressor that was released in the 1970s as part of the Dan Armstrong effect line. It has been used prominently by artists like Mark Knopfler and Jeff Baxter for its smooth squish and sustains. Features witchable 2x oversampling. 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
